We hope you enjoy the pictures. Sorry the comments were thin, most of the pictures seem pretty self-explanatory to me. There were lots of other rides we went on and a million other pictures. We had a lot of fun and can't wait to go back... in five years or so.

Disneyland
We went to Disneyland this past week with Gramma and Papa Phillips, and we let the boys tag along too. The first day it rained in the morning, so we were all in our rain gear. This first picture is Carter waiting outside "Mr. Toad's Wild Ride". While in line he decided he didn't want to go on it after all. Since it's a Model T ride that ends in Hell (no really - flames, dancing demons, the whole schmear. Watch it on YouTube if you don't believe me.) I couldn't really blame him. We waited for everyone else to finish the ride. Fortunately we found plenty of rides that he liked later. The boys' favorite rides were Dumbo, the Casey Jr. Circus Train, the Storybook Land boats, and It's a Small World. We had to keep going back there, over and over and over. But they loved it. This is McKay in the monkey cage on Casey Jr.
My little family on Main Street, USA, with Sleeping Beauty's castle WAY in the background.McKay and me at the Monorail station, overlooking the Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage (which was a lame ride when I was a kid but now is pretty cool.)Carter LOVED Autopia. He couldn't steer very well and was laughing his little head off every time the wheels hit the rail in the center.Carter also loved meeting the characters. After taking this picture, he turned and gave Goofy a big hug. It was so cute. I was really mad that I had just put my camera away.Carter and Handy Manny. Carter ran up and said, "I have a cap just like you!" He and McKay have been wearing their caps night and day for the past month.Gramma, Papa, and the boys in the central plaza.Dad and I went on the Tower of Terror, which drops you 13 stories, then raises you and drops you again and again. Guaranteed to make you scream like a little girl every time you ride it, or maybe that's just me. Dad said, "Before I went on the Tower of Terror, I was a little afraid of it. Now I'm terrified of it!" McKay got tired of wearing his ears one day, and I didn't want them to go to waste ( in front of Flik's Flyers in "A Bug's Land"). McKay driving Goofy's car.
We hope you enjoy the pictures. Sorry the comments were thin, most of the pictures seem pretty self-explanatory to me. There were lots of other rides we went on and a million other pictures. We had a lot of fun and can't wait to go back... in five years or so.

It looks like you guys had a blast! I am completely jealous, but I'm so happy that your family was able to do that. How fun! We love and miss you all!
How fun. The boys are the perfect age too. We won't get to go for another four-five years. It looks like you had a blast!
